THE WORK ACTIVITY PROGRAM
Is a site based program that offers participants supervised work experience and an opportunity to earn pay under a modified pay rate. Individuals in this program may not have work experience or need training around vocational skills. These skills include following basic instructions, communications skills, following procedures and processes, as well as hygiene expectation in the work place.

Each client works with the Work Activity Program case manager to develop a goal plan that will support skill development that supports the individual's personal and employment goals.

Next Steps
Once clients successfully complete this program they move on to the Community Integration Program or the Supported Employment Program.
